The Talented Company Bundling concept targets companies that may not have enough resources to have their own in-house training resource or companies that prefer to sub-contract this function out to a third party.

There are a number of different options available under the bundle which the client can choose depending on the specific requirements of the business. Examples of elements that can be included in the bundle are as follows:

• Establishing a Training Plan for the business given the Training Budget available
• Sourcing the most appropriate courses for the company
• Monitoring of HRDC Levy and reimbursement process
