The Executive Talented Team Program (ETTP) has been designed to follow a group of top managers of a company over a period of time on a number of specific themes that are directly related to their reality and line of business. More than just a Team Building activity, the ETTP gives the participants the opportunity to reflect, create and bond together during these series of activities that really bring out the best in them and the team. Each theme will be composed of specifically customized activities that are directly related to the reality of the industry and economic context present at the time.

The sessions are composed of a series of experiential learning games that allow the management teams to interact and bond using specific real life examples and a minimal amount of theory. These highly interactive and creative games come with a very important element of learning. The session also includes a pre and post assessment mechanism which follows the different candidates during the whole experience.
